quality (Manufacturer) and technical specifications (ribbons dimensions).
Ribbon quality and operating principles
The ribbon ensures that the label print is clear and sharp. If the print on the labels looks blurry and has a slightly worn impression, you should first check the ribbon to see if it is moving correctly in the printer, if it is installed correctly, and what the print capacity is. Sometimes the print capacity is too low and the labels also cause the print to be blurry.
If you have trouble with this situation, we recommend that you contact the printer manufacturer to find out what the problem may be.

Color ribbon
Color ribbons are designed for thermal printers, suitable for printing on different materials, paper, plastic and textiles.
There are different types of ribbons, depending on what kind of material the label is on. Choosing the right type of ribbon ensures a high-quality and lasting result.
Different types of ribbon
There are different types of ink ribbons, all of which differ in their durability. Some ribbons are better suited for higher mechanical loads, while others are better for printing a regular label.
Wax ribbons
Wax ribbons are well suited for printing regular labels. They are a good solution if the label does not have to withstand high mechanical loads.
Wax-resin ribbons
Wax-resin tapes are suitable for printing labels on almost any material. Withstands well when it is important that the print also withstands higher mechanical loads.
Resin tapes
Resin ribbons are suitable for extreme conditions where the print must be able to withstand high mechanical and chemical loads.

300 dpi - SATO with printer
Sticker labels with SATO printer are cheaper:
- when printing black and white labels (regardless of quantity)
- when printing larger quantities of color labels
We perform work with a high dot density, adjustable darkness, industrial label printer SATO. We print on a variety of materials, including thermal eco, coat, fluorine, vellum and synthetic materials.
SATO printer features:
- print density: 300 dpi
- Max label width: 104 mm
- color printing requires the use of a printing plate
you do not need to use a - printing plate for black and white printing
4800 dpi - Primera LX900
Sticker labels with Primera LX900 printer are cheaper:
- when printing smaller quantities of color labels
We perform the work with a very high dot density, label printer Primera LX900. As this machine does not require the preparation of printing plates, this makes the work fast and the printing of small quantities is advantageous.
Primera LX900 printer features:
- print density: up to 4800 dpi
- Max label size: 210×600 mm
- there is no need to use printing plates, which makes it advantageous to print smaller quantities
Carbon tapes
We sell printer carbon ribbons for different printers:
- different widths: 25mm to 110mm, larger widths by special order.
- the standard roll has 400 m of ribbon, but you can also order 95 m, 300 m, 450 m, 500 m and 600 m rolls (depending on the printer type).
- we have different measurements in Tallinn stock on site, for larger quantities we fill the order within three to five working days.

A-4 labels
If you need larger labels for boxes or other large packages, we can offer you A-4 adhesive labels.
Standard solution for A4 sticker labels:
- in a box of 100 sheets,
- paper: jet laser 70 / RPA4 / KS55 (with permanent glue).
It is possible to pack 500 or 1000 sheets in a box. Labels can be ordered with square corners as well as round corners.
